The Saltin Symposium on Exercise and Integrative Physiology

The symposium will be held at the Novo Nordisk Foundation on September 22, 2016

The Saltin Symposium on Exercise and Integrative Physiology: Gene–Environment Interaction, Health and Physical Performance

Bengt Saltin was especially interested in the interaction between physical training, health and performance. This symposium will honour his legacy. International speakers will cover this topic, addressing genes, proteomics, metabolomics, and its interaction with the environment as well as the possibility to predict both health outcomes and physical performance.

Young researchers are encouraged to submit an abstract to be presented as a poster at the symposium. The abstract should be submitted at registration, and each poster accepted will be presented at a guided poster walk. Poster prizes will be awarded.
