Novo Nordisk Foundation Prize for Health Science Teachers at Universities 2025
Nominate your candidate for the Novo Nordisk Foundation Award for Health Science Educators at Universities 2025.
The award is given to a team of two or three educators who have jointly made an outstanding contribution to educating and qualifying the country’s future health science students at universities in the Danish Realm, serving as an inspiration at the international level.
Educators must be permanent employees at the associate professor level or higher, or on a tenure track at the assistant professor level and teach health science subjects in health science programs at universities in the Danish Realm.
Students and colleagues affiliated with the university can submit proposals to the pro-rector/pro-dean for education, but the nomination must be made via the pro-rector for education (or the pro-dean on behalf of the pro-rector). The nominated educators must agree to be nominated.
The deadline for submitting nominations is 22 November 2024, at 12:00 noon.
Teams of candidates for the award are nominated by filling out the form below. Next to the evaluation criteria, a justification should be provided, preferably with examples (max 1000 characters per field). Please note that not all criteria need to be met for the nominated educators to be considered. The award winners will be selected by the Committee for the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s Teaching Awards and will be contacted directly in February 2025.
The prize will be awarded at the annual teaching symposium or at the annual celebration at the recipients’ university. The venue will be announced at a later date.
