We are pleased to invite you to the annual joint meeting for members of the Board of Directors and members of the Foundation’s expert committees. The meeting will be held on:

Monday, 4 April 2022, 15:00 – 16:00

The Joint Meeting 2022 will be held online and registered participants will receive an e-mail with a livestream link prior to the meeting.

As part of the agenda, our CEO Mads Krogsgaard Thomsen will give a status and report on the Foundation’s activities. There will also be a live interview with Mads Krogsgaard Thomsen, including a Q&A session.

In accordance with its Articles of Association, the Novo Nordisk Foundation is required to hold an annual joint meeting for the members of the Board of Directors and the members of the Foundation’s expert committees.

§11.
Each year, preferably before the end of April, the Chairman of the Board of Directors shall call a joint meeting of the members of the Board of Directors and the expert committees at which the activities of the Foundation during the past year and the financial position shall be reported.
