Following the announcement that Lars Rebien Sørensen will relinquish his role as CEO of Novo Nordisk A/S at the end of 2016, the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo A/S will nominate Lars Rebien Sørensen to the two Boards of Directors in March 2017.
