The Novo Nordisk Foundation has awarded two research fellowships for projects on talent development and the transition from studying to employment. Each fellowship is DKK 1.5 million.
Both projects are based at the Department of Science Education of the University of Copenhagen.
Postdoctoral fellow Bjørn Friis Johannsen is receiving one fellowship for a 30-month research project on producing and creating talent in mass university science education.
The Foundation awarded the other fellowship to Assistant Professor Henriette Tolstrup Holmegaard for a 42-month research project on “From student to employee – a research project about university students’ employability and transition into their first job”. Henriette Tolstrup Holmegaard will be teaching while carrying out the research.
