The committee for the Natural and Technical Sciences implements granting decisions on behalf of the Board of the Foundation in support of fundamental research within the natural and technical sciences in Denmark.
The Board establishes an annual budget for granting via the programmes Project Grants in the Natural and Technical Sciences and NERD – New Exploratory Research and Discovery Programme.
The Committee was established in 2020 and currently has nine members consisting of a Chair and eight other members. The Board of the Foundation selects the members in accordance with the general rules covering the Foundation’s committees.
