Purpose

The purpose of the Clinical Accelerator Programme is to substantially improve the diagnosis and treatment of cardiometabolic diseases by accelerating the implementation of novel treatments, clinical devices, and procedures into clinical practice. The Clinical Accelerator Programme will support excellent clinical researchers who seek to implement research results into clinical practice in a collaborative manner.

Examples could be changing workflows and increasing efficiency by combining various tests at the same-day, implementing the use of a new method leading to earlier detection of cardiometabolic diseases or implementing new treatments.
