The Novo Nordisk Foundation’s Partner Code of Conduct comprises a set of principles that describe the conduct we expect from people and organisations associated with the Foundation, such as grant recipients, personnel funded by grants, organisations collaborating with us, suppliers, and wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The Novo Nordisk Foundation also maintains an Internal Code of Conduct which applies to the Foundation’s board, executive management, and employees.
Both codes of conduct are supplemented by our whistleblower policy and scheme.
